Possibly the best small business in the UK, this company gives the service that you just cant find these days, i never really give positive feedback as there is always something not quite right but i simply can't fault Hydropool in anyway, the service was excellent from walking in to the installation of our new hot tub, which is excellent and we love it. We have had our Hydropool Hot Tub now since early November and we are certainly glad we took the plunge. We decided to purchase after much deliberation and we are so glad we did. The tub has been used by all the family two or three times a week. Christmas morning with a glass of bubbly was one of the highlights of having the hot tub, but it is the looks on our grandchildren’s faces as they squeal with delight that beats the lot. Angela, Helen and all the team were amazing from the moment we walked into the store. Their knowledge etc. was second to none. A big shoutout goes to their fantastic chaps Mark and Joe who delivered the hot tub on a wet and misty afternoon and didn’t leave until everything was set up and in working order, albeit finishing in the dark with just their phone torch to light the way. We would high recommend Hydropool SouthWest at Newton Abbot without hesitation.

Despite the uncertainties due to Covid, Hydropool were excellent at providing guidance for pre-installation preparation, estimated production and delivery time and gave us regular updates from Canada. Installation went completely smoothly and we have swum every day since. It's wonderful!
