We are really pleased with the pool and your service, despite the complications with Covid, was excellent. The pool has been used everyday since it was installed, and I have at least one set of friends who really would like one for themselves. My granddaughter, just two, comes over and picks up my flip-flops, and says “big Paa-Poo wow!”, (paddling pool) to indicate that she wants a swim.

Despite the uncertainties due to Covid, Hydropool were excellent at providing guidance for pre-installation preparation, estimated production and delivery time and gave us regular updates from Canada. Installation went completely smoothly and we have swum every day since. It's wonderful!

Must say my husband and I were delighted with the whole experience of purchasing our hot tub from the professionalism of the showroom demonstration and negotiating process through to to delivery, which just before Christmas we couldn't have had anymore rain on the delivery day, however with all the logistical difficulties getting it into our walled back garden Adam and Mark stayed positive throughout and achieved the installation. We have since been enjoying the hydropool immensely as well as the whole family over the Christmas period!! We wouldn't have any hesitation in recommending your company for quality hot tubs.

We have had our Hydropool Hot Tub now since early November and we are certainly glad we took the plunge. We decided to purchase after much deliberation and we are so glad we did. The tub has been used by all the family two or three times a week. Christmas morning with a glass of bubbly was one of the highlights of having the hot tub, but it is the looks on our grandchildren’s faces as they squeal with delight that beats the lot. Angela, Helen and all the team were amazing from the moment we walked into the store. Their knowledge etc. was second to none. A big shoutout goes to their fantastic chaps Mark and Joe who delivered the hot tub on a wet and misty afternoon and didn’t leave until everything was set up and in working order, albeit finishing in the dark with just their phone torch to light the way. We would high recommend Hydropool SouthWest at Newton Abbot without hesitation.

Possibly the best small business in the UK, this company gives the service that you just cant find these days, i never really give positive feedback as there is always something not quite right but i simply can't fault Hydropool in anyway, the service was excellent from walking in to the installation of our new hot tub, which is excellent and we love it. Will definitely return in the future.

Another excellent service on our hot tub. The outer casing and cover of the tub was quite dowdy at the start but positively shining at the end. All jets, filters, fountains, headrests were removed and throughly cleaned as was the inside itself. I would recommend this to all hot tub owners to ensure their tub remains in tip-top condition. The technician (Mark) was very personable while carrying out the service.

We have now had our Hydropool for 18 months and it has only been turned off for a service. We, and everyone else enjoy a dip in the Summer, but for us, the Winter is far more exhilarating, even when it was snowing. The time spent in the hot massaging jets of water allows one time to relax, and enjoy each others company.
